chart doesn't differentiate between n-6 and n-3 PUFAs.

even the worst PUFAs are ~= to SFAs. Meat is overpriced/ascam. If you want fat+protein, just add seed oil to your protein powder drink
 
Sunflower oil has been used since ancient times here in my country, it's the standard oil used for everything(cooking, frying, salads, etc.), and we are doing fine...

Sunflower oil has been used since ancient times here in my country, it's the standard oil used for everything(cooking, frying, salads, etc.), and we are doing fine...

Main benefit of eliminating industrialized seed oils is the elimination of high calorie malnutrition aka excessive empty calories if you want to be lean and healthy focus on nutritious food

I want to start taking black seed oil I heard it has many health benefits

convenient good tasting foods like mcdonalds having PUFAs doesnt take away from the superfood status they have. Its not the PUFAs fault that theyre used over animals fats (its the cost)

the mistake ppl make is adding oils to high carbohydrates foods like rice. you need to consume the oil separately for max satiation/calorie. I prefer drinking it but its fine on vegetables and some fruit
