how bad are seed oils for you and can someone give me the non goyim answer unlike these websites who get paid off to say it’s not that bad, i know it’s horrible and im a stupid goyim who likes to biscoffmaxx and it has 5 seed oils in the creamy sauce alone

They are horrible for you I think like 100g of chips is like 300cal from mcdonolds but 80g of potatos is like 100cal
