Like these mf's think an implant or surgery will make them ascend even though they will barely have a difference because their bf % is too high to have any good results.
Even buccal fat removal isn't enough if you are fat, it can be helpful when you are pretty lean already but have resistant fat in your face.

Its just so fucking funny lmao, I wonder why the doctors even perform aesthetic surgeries on them.
Like a blackpilled surgeon will straight up know that only after being lean a surgery will make them look better.

Absolutely, proportions are way off so if you gat rhino or chin implant or anything major, it will look way off when you get down to sun 15%. Bodyfat needs to be at least below 20% to get an inkling of what you are working with.
