Seeing pics of myself ruin my day

The only ones I like are the ones that I took of myself starting in late 2020... the ones before then make me feel extremely suicidal... because I look extremely subhuman... and the worst thing is that most people that are ugly simply joke about them, etc., but not with a neurotical person like me, who is constantly self humiliated by my mind.

Same. I have to squint my eyes when scrolling through my pictures
