Seeking how to kill gyno guide

Can someone please inform me or drop a guide on how to get rid of gyno naturally? Surgery is not an option now, and I need to lose it by summer if possible. I've been trying to research on how to but all roads lead to an ai (which I am not completely sure which one is the best), or surgery.
Genuinely do not know what to do at this point.
I'm so fucked for summer.

lose body fat, lift weights (especially chest), and avoid things that mess with hormones. if it’s actual gland tissue, only surgery removes it.

depends on how bad your gyno is if its mild just loose the fat around it and it will look invisible but if your gynos big the only option is surgery im afarid
