Decent hollow cheeks. Above average nose. Shitty skin. Jaw is slightly recessed but not noticeable. Lips are too thin. Good eyebrows. Mid face is a bit too long. Really bad eye area tbh. At least you have eye colour halo.

Your eye area is gutter trash tier, it's so bad that it ruins your whole face despite the rest of your features being good or even very good.

If you had at least average eyes you'd be at least 5

His eyes aren’t even that bad... just opening them wide for whatever reaSon and unflattering angles. They are a little big though so OP should consult Taban MD for a lil surgery

fix skin and eye area, you need surgery for that, for now learn how to squinch a little bit

after fixing eye area and skin you will look really good

Not bad bro but got a bit to work on. one thing I haven’t seen anyone point out is the neck, it’s pretty thin. Try working that more it plays a big role in appearing attractive

one of the few instances where more weight might be better. You seem to weigh more in the picture that you posted later on and hence people rate you higher. Big issue is the lack of undereye support. Research fat grafts for the eye area, as it's unlikely that you get implants anyway. Also fix your skin tone, it looks sickly. Be honest did you go on a starvation diet? Yes your bones look better but you temples and especially eye area have a very gaunt look to them now. Albeit I guess it resembles those weird/uncanny models from Zara or H&M.
