It may have to do with obesity rates too.

If you live in the west 70% of women are classified as overweight or obese. Just being a normal weight girl puts you in the top 30% automatically. On top of that every dating app has like a 7:1 male to female ratio making it even harder.

Yea skinner than other places in Canada for sure
young people are very outdoorsy so they like to stay fit
