"Estrogen receptor-positive (ER+)" nigga go ER, i like the idea but i think that sooner plates closure isnt the cause of not growing taller, i mean that if your body doesnt close its growth plates and for example you are 40 years old, it doesnt matter because you dont have the hormones for growth neither.
Also following this logic then humans could be infinitely tall .
But i completely like this idea and i think that i would be one of the greatest discoveries for looksmaxxing, but it will maximum make you grow 6 inches (which is very good tbh)

The problem is they act throughout your whole body not just your epiphyseal plates. When something like a selective epiphyseal blocker becomes available we all will unfortunately not have any epiphyseal plates left.

First of all, you assume that estrogen is the primary driver of growth plate closure, which I also agree with, but u have to factor in the other pathways like IGF-1 (I'm not going to explain this, and I advise u to DYOR). If you simply remove estrogen signaling, this wouldn't stop this mechanism. And I can prove this from a study done on mice with estrogen receptor alpha deficiency, despite them almost having zero estrogen signaling ( they did experience longitudinal bone growth compared to the controls), but the growth plates eventually closed, so this shows us that even if u completely block estrogen, ur growth plates can still close

(In this study, a HUMAN with fucked up estrogen receptors still got growth plate closure by the age of 33.5)

As u can see, growth plate closure can still occur even without properly functioning estrogen receptors. The only thing that estrogen will do is delay gpc, and that's it

ur growth will slow down with age, regardless of estrogen. Estrogen will just accelerate that growth, that's why it's so important to master the timing of when to take certain compounds, assuming you're taking the proper precautions and know what you're doing

Now I can't deny that you will experience more growth than a person with normal functioning estrogen receptors (since it should, in theory, extend the growth period), but eventually, whether u have fucked up estrogen receptors or not, ur still going to experience gpc

For the second issue, ur growth plates have a limited number of cell divisions before senescence. This does not depend on ur hormone levels, it just simply happens due to aging

Once again, this doesn't depend on ur hormones, it's basically intrinsic aging of the tissue. Estrogen will only ACCELERATE this process by increasing apoptosis and reducing proliferation. Yes, you could technically slow it down, but senescence will still occur independent of ur hormones

Also, keep in mind that completely blocking estrogen will rape u short and long term. Have fun living a life of misery

Even if ur shitty SERD could theoretically be developed (which it cannot be, as ERα is expressed throughout the whole body), u will still get raped since u are destroying ur estrogen receptors SYSTEMICALLY

There has also been another attempt at trying to achieve a similar outcome to what you made by @7evenvox22. It looks really promising, but the only issue is that the drug he mentioned in his thread (endoxifen) hasn’t been used on humans yet, at least not for what he was trying to achieve.

I still stand by non-steroidal AI, dosed appropriately, being most applicable for improving PAH.

You can safely use non-steroidal AI to push E2 to lower levels within RR and not affect cognitive development whatsoever (as indicated in the literature). As long as you dose responsibly and get frequent bloodwork, you will be ok. Plus, non-steroidal AI is not progressive in its aromatase inhibition, compared to Aromasin that will be much harder to have an exact dosing for (as too little, too little, too much, and it's harder to reverse unless you dose bioidentical E2 until you have new aromatase enzymes made available as the existing ones were permanently shut down with a covalent bond).
