I am a 18 year old guy i normally should be happy with what i have being 1.90m whilst having quite small parents (1.68m&1.75m) i would also say that i am above average considering attractiveness but somehow still every small thing i hear someone say about me makes me so insecure. Just a few weeks ago my girlfriend told me that my Adams Apple looks small and now i have been staring at it for days thinking about how small it actually is and thinking about loosing her because of that, i know that sounds dumb but genuinely every small inconvenience makes me rethink my entire life, what i look like and what i deserve in life. I just wanted to reach out and ask if anyone got any advice on how to gain more self confidence.
