I fucking hate being gluttonous with anything. Probably my least favorable trait about myself tbh(other than my brutal genetics). Being self aware of how disgusting you are, all while being tempted 24/7 by the thoughts of eating, smoking, lust, quite literally anything that’s detrimental to your physical+mental wellbeing, makes it all 1000x worse to manage considering im already fighting a internal war to just say No to this bullshit. What do you guys, who have absolutely shitty self control, do when you get tempted? Or is adderall my best bet, considering it really does save me everyday. (Only reason I’ve been able to stay on my diet) IQape moment
