In short, i didn't like the designer's design, so i asked him if i can design them myself with his draft 1, he agreed (yayy).

Lemme show u the BEFORE first(ikik it's terrible):

Both of the above models are in a perspective view.

And here are with IMPLANTS:

Above 3 are in Orthographic views

These last 3 are in Perspective again.



And ikik, it's still quite crooked, but it's hard to deal and design when it comes to twist asymmetries, u can't really fix beyond a certain limit with just implants.

Seeking for genuine opinions and advices.

Had a similar modest wraparound like that before which I took out because it only made my face bigger.
Be careful with wraparounds, I think a much better approach is doing jaw angles and sliding genio (if that's what you need and not bimax).

I'll most likely get a trimax+implants in future, if im not satisfied with these. The only reason im getting these rn is because im a broke 18yo rn

Medial coverage is a bit weird but good on you for doing it yourself

Remember the skin is very thin in that area so if ur gonna do it defo taper it down

thats a recipe for disaster

also how do you want to place this

aladins lamp ahh looking implant intraorally

it would have to be multiple pieces if its peek and same with the wraparound jaw but thats not shown in the designs - whats up with that

this part will have implant show of doom and despair, so be ready for it - the skin is giga thin there

not much to say about the wraparound jaw, looks nice and safe

overall pretty good for self designed deadass

Obv it's gonna be broken into pieces, the wrap around is gonna be placed in 3 pieces. And the infra-malar will be broken into 2 pieces on each side, the infra part being placed through a subcilliary incision, rest all of it will be intraorally
