Modern soyciety is obsessed with doing everything by yourself and considers it "weak" if you do something just to mog/impress others. This is why most people fail their goals, because doing difficult stuff just for yourself is a meme. For example if there was a massive stigma on obesity like in Japan there are would be no fat people. The way to be disciplined is to put peer pressure on yourself by either:
- Surrounding yourself by people that mog you, or
- Talking so much shit that now you HAVE to follow through or you'll lose all credibility.
