Self harm scars nerf

I cut myself on my arm from 2021-2022 and deeply regret it.

I dont leave my house in a T-shirt wear zippers and hoodies in 30 degrees because I’m so ashamed.

I had about 4-5 RF sessions at my dermatologist and 2-3 laser sessions

Incase I go to the gym in a T-shirt i feel extremely weird and uncomfortable, people my age look at me weird and how would a bitch ever love a guy with scars on his arm.

First 2 images are my arm rn after the treatments. Video right after laser.

Thinking about getting more treatments and once they are even less visible get a detailed full sleeve tattoo to hide the texture and pigmentation.

Any diy things i could do? And how would foids react? How do you react when u see a nigga with scars?

My ex gf knew and she didn’t have a problem with it as far as I know of. Might have secretly turned her off and showed her how weak I am. The progress from the treatments is very good though.

They flattened out by a lot, and aren’t as red / pink anymore.

Worst thing fr, I can’t go out in a T-shirt without feeling weird. Even tho I’m getting bigger and want people to see my physique but in hoodies / zippers I don’t look like i lift

I went outside the last few days in a T-shirt, one girl asked me what happened I told her it was years ago she was very understanding. Might acc just fuck it and try not to mentalblock myself anymore
