I ghosted my crush who said she liked me because I was too fucking insecure about myself. We haven’t talked in about 3 months now and I don’t know what to fucking do. 2 months ago my self hate came to a point where I tried to kms with helium intoxication. Thankfully my parents saved me but idk what to do cuz I’m still depressed ash and sometimes i think abt trying it again.
