not everyone on this forum needs surgery, the most smallest marginal changes like thicker eyebrows could ascend someone

and there’s still no definitive way on growing eyebrows or shit because whatever you say works, some faggot says it’s “cope”

have you found any good niche heightmaxxing methods?

The only ones that will 100% work for adults is improving posture and hanging.

There are some methods like LSJL but I can’t recommend them since if you’re growing and you overdo it and damage your growth plate it’s just over for you.

The only real methods for youngcels are diet + exercise + HGH + AI. Certain supplements help as well since DNA methylation plays a role in how long your growth plates are active but I’m not really informed on it

This site just contains water info at this point. The botb is just spam of repeated info. People here still ask questions about eyelashes or sunscreen or some other bs useless looksmax. Self improvement discord are the only places that talk about roids, sarms and other real shit. Only credit I can give this site is that it at least talks about surgeries, but everything else is COPE.

No, this forum is the peak of looksmaxxing. I can confirm as I've browsed 53% of this whole forum and have browsed other platforms including self improvement discords which were shitty compared to this godlike website.
