Because everyone who does it, and they are almost always do it cuz they are incels, they do it because some privilleged white redpiller told them so. Basically, some random stranger tells you that you are not good enough, that you are worthless and need to change yourself, and you accept this. That automatically makes you weak and unconfident, these people dont give you constructive criticism, they dont give a shit about you, they just want you to feel bad about yourself to make themselves feel better and potentially sell you a product.
Not to mention that even if you do carry trhough with whatever advice they give you there is a good chance another "coach" will come accross and tell you that what you did was WRONG, you need to do the opposite. And you can basically get caught in a vicious cycle of following self improvement routines like a spineless worm, being a slave to social prefdators. All this people are full of shit, if their advice dont work, they put the blame on you, its the snake oil scam mentality combined with world fallacy.
You know who also is like this? Women, if someone tells them they do something wrong they are going to doubt themselves and try to change their approach. They got no poise, no backbone, I remmeber talking to a girl on Tinder (who unmatched me after i asked her out lol) and she kept venting about she felt worthless because she read that she needs to have hobbies and passions and she had none. What does this remind you? Redpillers telling incels that they are boring and unattractive cuz they dont focus on their goals or becaus rthey dont have such. When at the same time, most peopple dont ahve goals or interests, they spend most of their life working and having sex without worrying much about these tuhings.
