Gives u purpose to get up everyday, not slouch. U get treated better, u start having better social interactions, doing 1% better everyday. Not having "shit days" because everyday is just the same grind to the top. It is never over. If I just sat by and accepted it was over 2 years ago when i was an utter subhuman I would be fucked and probably roped.

Have some heart, even if all odds are against u still do your best everyday. Thats super admirable and even if ur not genetically fortunate will get the appreciation of a bunch of people.

When I see millennials who made it now, and have a family, kids I remember they were once in the same spot as us, and took self improvement and gave themself purpose. My uncle being one of them, went on bodybuilding forums in the 2000s , was in his parents apartment at 18 with nothing to him, didnt like school or want to go college. And he made it.

i agree. Shooting high, and putting in work everyday to ur goal is better than LDARing or being stuck at a dead end job. There is not a single incel type on this forum who is depressed and whining who isnt in a dead end job with no direction or plan, and or is stuck LDARing at home.

But ngl it also has bad sides man my goal puts too much pressuse on my body and it feels like im never doing enough.Even when i train 6x a week it still doesnt feel enough and if i do more i get injured
