Self improvement & Supplement stack

My supplement stack: Lion’s Mane, Ashwagandha, beauty collagen, Seven Seas Omega-3 fish oil, cod liver oil, and multivitamins.

Alleged Benefits: Supports overall health by promoting brain function, stress balance, skin health, joint support, heart health, immunity, and general nutrition.

I feel like I definitely feel different, more healthier & functional with less brain fog. I just started the collagen today so no results obviously wanted opinions on the stack and thoughts. I’m 17 and want to be my best self this is probably cope lmao.

I think I need to go back the doctors for new acne meds I was on adapalene and doxycline but i lowkey was inconsistent the acne went for a while but came back i might tell them i did the full cycle and it came back hopefully getting put on roaccutane or accutane.

I’m going to try and lose weight by doing 15-30K steps a day and cutting out the shit. I am 5’6 17 and 83kg.

Once you run out of your current supply of all these supplements, do not restock any of them except for maybe the multivitamin. Rethink your entire stack.
 
The joint health will be the real difference maker in your self improvement, at first people didn't respect you and thought you were bad looking... but now that you can show off your healthy joints, EVERYBODY will love you!

I heard collagen is actually effective no?
Instead of what you have right now you need to get accutane, GHK-cu, diuretics and/or caffine, vitamin D3, Calcium, melatonin, and maybe a few other ones.

Honestly what you need is GHK-cu, HGH, Test, Accutane, Lasixs, and oral minoxodil. However I do not think you are ready for that.
