Looksmaxxing can be significant for one person, and insignificant for the other..

Are you fat? Lose fat.
Shit skin? Accutane.
Are your eyebrows shit? Minoxidil and eyebrow dye.
Are you balding? Hair transplant or finasteride/minoxidil.
Low appeal for your age group? Grow out your hair.

Have you done all of these things? Surgery is your only option.
Are your flaws fixable with surgery? If not, it's over.

Looksmaxxing itself is not a "meme", it's the TikTok kids going through puberty who convince themselves they've "ascended" their bone mass by eating steak, thumbpulling, praying to Gandy, etc, that make it appear to be so.
