Obo will always be a pipe dream for many users due to the complexity, risks and high costs of the procedure, so I was thinking since the craniofacial bones (the frontal, zygomatic, nasal and maxillary bones) are responsible for pupillary distance why not inject GH and IGF-1 in massive doses to increase bone mass

What if your face just grows wider from the sides making your eyes look even closer set

obo costs like 30-40k btw, not that expensive considering the intensity

Pretty sure it would make your face grow longer much more than it’d widen your eye spacing, leaving you with a more horsemaxxed midface ratio. Not worth it.

@slaters pointed this out:

The bone mass growth at the sides of your face would most likely proportionally exceed the IPD growth, giving you a lower ESR.

agree with what thecel said, probably would widen/add mass to your zygos and lengthen your face more than it would widen your orbits. 0.44 isn't that bad of an ESR anyway, only 1 point off from the ideal 0.45-.47. i have 0.415

Higher is ideal. Life at one end of the ESR bell curve is a million times better than at the other end based on the fact that having low ESR sucks fucking balls.

It doesnt. Ethmoid bone wont grow but muscle loaded bones (zygos and mandible) might making ipd look even worse on a bigger skull.
Non OBO IPD methods are the actual pipe dream while a safe/modified aesthetic OBO is ready to go for anyone who needs it and has 35K
