Just saw a post about the cycle of self loathing
Guys, if you are ugly + nd society already hates you
What is the solution? To fix one of those traits? How do you get there? Actually, not by being ashamed, but being shameless
Accept your situation and try to see the best, you need to be more hungry, not more full. Give up your sense of shame. You already face enough from the world, enforcing it yourself will destroy you. If you stay ashamed nothing will change, the cycle goes on, and you will continue to rot.
One trait I see in lots of oldcels is this shame. Don’t get to that point, do what you need to do to ascend so you can enter a positive reinforcement cycle instead of the negative one you’re trapped in.
