Was in the bus today and this girl made some eye contact and sat herself closer to me so she sat parallel to me but one seat further away

I looked back and she smiled so i smiled back, she had very beautiful dark brown deer eyes. She had big eyes which look super attractive imo

I asked her name and then age, she was 15, I‘m 18 which i replied, so i just made a facial expression in the sense of: Too bad but this wont work because of the difference

I‘m so mad at this. I remember that i already talked to her in summer in the bus, after a really good date so i had that radiant energy, and it was a similar small conversation

Should i just have lied and said 16?

I could come across as that age, and I don‘t know her and would assume no one from my friends either
