In my recent time on this forum, I have realised the tanning has kind of been overlooked, and some users even think they look better without it. So here is my post about tanning, its benefits for looks, and methods that will help you get the most out of your self-tanner, this is probably water though.
These two aren’t mutually exclusive. I’d recommend a balance of both to get the quick effects from self-tanning and also the health benefits from normal tanning. If you are to spray tan, I would recommend a tanning mousse, not a spray.
Take 1 to 3 pumps for each appendage and distribute it evenly using gloves. Wait at least two minutes before sitting down on anything and wear clothes that are easily washed and replaced. Set a timer for 4 hours, even if it says 24, and wait.
Apply more tanner in the red areas than around.
Important: If you have a wide back, you‘ll need someone to help you.
Do not apply tanner where you would usually wear underwear for a natural-looking tan line.
After, take a shower (this is the hardest part).

A tan can makes you look more attractive by giving better definition to your features, highlighting muscles, and giving you a healthier appearance.
My skin before vs after tanning mousse
Don‘t overdo it though, less is more.
