Boutta go 2 for 2 with my other thread 
. Im gonna Preface this by saying Im not some āDark triadā fuckhead and this idea has a lot of gaps and holes but the idea is their. But yes being selfish is a natural human instinct, thinking for yourself is what you do but it has such a negative implication in society. 2 partners in love they would give their life, why? Maybe so the partner could succeed in life or maybe because they canāt bare the pain of being without their someone. Whenever someone helps another person there is always some sort of benefit that the helper seeks to gain, I think subconsciously. EX if Im helping some kid pick up their stuff, my brain thinks I would get some sort of āgood karmaā. That if I dropped something someone would also help me because I helped them. If I subconsciously knew for a fact that I would not gain any benefit WHATSOEVER I wouldnāt help them. Humans have a built In karma, it acts as a fail safe, again letās say i help an old lady cross the street , maybe this good deed finds its way back to me. Humans are competitive in nature and we seek survival first. Look at activists their all like clapped and broke because their doing things for other people or a global objective. Im not saying dont be a nice person because yes it could absolutely bite you in the ass for being a dick butā¦ live for yourself. Become the best version, looks money status. Tunnel vision no one deserves your help you should just be the best person you can be. Being selfish is not bad itās how us humans act on a true level Im not gonna give you same fake bs. If I lend you something my brain thinks āI did something good, this could help me in futureā Im a nice guy and again not saying to act like a cunt just pointing out something thatās human nature yet we tax heavily on people who act this way.
