just set ur own goals that you have 10-15 minutes max per day to spend time here(test ur discipline and not spend more than 1 hour here per day),

It's also a form of entertainment like movies or video games so if u get bored u might come back here or somewhere else similar


you are a youtube too, you might find some ideas here sometimes

but the main thing is that try to spend minimal time here, read some funny shit, make some shitposts, never get roped into some cortisol spiking E drama fights and just cage and banderas just like @geezcel welshcel from lookism
