for me sema has brutally mogged in its appetite supression , but the side effects are worse too

generally for a day after pinning sema i will feel somewhat sick, but manageable while on reta i never feel sick but i still find it easier to overeat at times. i think reta helps w food noise and sema just makes you disgusted by food

my theory is since reta is more new, all of these guys on tiktok decided to heavily promote it for obvious money purposes, everyone i see promoting reta has a code it seems. its still a good job but for fat loss (reta has other good health effects) sema mogs
