On Russian medication.com or something like that they sell both semax red and semax blue, red being for recovery after ischemic stroke and blue being brain cognitive and memory enhancers. Both cost the same, but many people have stated mixing 3 mlg of red with 27 mlg of water creates 30 mlg semax blue at a fraction of the cost. No one specified what kind of water but I’d assume distilled. Has anyone tried this? Can anyone confirm it still has the same effects?
