i started June 9th and its been a lot easier to visualize things, it also kinda has a window where it peaks in the day but then you just kind of coast but you're still higher functioning feeling and just way more interested in stuff in general.

I’m intranasal spray of 200 mcg 3-4 sprays and the only side effect I’m aware of or had was a runny nose one time and needing a quick Power Nap between 2-4 pm

Do you feel its a placebo or does it actually work effectively? I've been looking into it too but I wasn't sure how effective the nasal version would be.

After like 15 minutes post usage out of nowhere I find things more interesting especially whatever it is I’m doing in life at the time which can be great for learning memory etc. Also my social inhib is nearly eradicated within the first few hours of it so I’d say it works; but obviously injecting is typically most potent and direct for anything
