Nasal spray is the most optimal for semax, but you wont feel any benefits, atleast I don't.

Semax has like no downsides so you might as well try it.

Semax significantly the BDNF protein and mRNA and TrkB receptor activation which is the receptor for the BDNF protein. In animals, it improves synaptic plasticity


The human data, which is Russian, shows an Improvement in attention/short term memory, and it raises BDNF in stroke patients but also in healthy "volunteers" in that same study.


Now Semax makes MORE SENSE when on Gear long term. Very high/long-term anabolic can lower BDNF in certain brain areas or increase oxidative stress/inflammation.

There's also SS-31 (Elamipretide), Pinealon, and ACD-856. Semax is a good start.
