Dont have to much to say. Just wanted to show my progress so far.
Top picture i was around over 18% bf,
bottom picture almost 10%.
Posted my "stats" (Height, weight etc) in second picture.
The machine aint 100% accurate but its the best i could do in the doctors at the time.
Unfortunetly i dont have my test results but top picture i must of been sub 600. My recent test came back as 780.
