I will (finally) next week since I have saved up enough money for a proper blood test

But my friend got a blood test done
TSH = 1.6
T4 = 16.8
And he wanted to look into thyroid supplements to balance it out

I also wanted to look at different sources and prices in case I'll need to use them as well

can you measure throid in a regular blood test? or do you need to do a specific test for that?

Depends. You can get your thyroid function tested. I'm going to a private clinic and testing for it specifically because my doctors are cunts, but my friend got it tested in a general blood test alongside his liver function, vitamins etc
