I don't know yet. It can't be oral scars like with jaw surgery, so the scars will be on the skin. They are visible if they aren't hidden by the scalp. The scar of a coronal incision I have read can be hidden when the hair regrows. I read it from the Jaw Surgery Forums where one man had a LeFort III, I recall. But I assume access to the orbits is only by the coronal incision. So whether implants to enchadify the orbital box or for the most frightening shit of the LeFort III, surgeons will have to peel down the skin of the face.
