Hello Gentlemens,

Almost 3 months ago I took 1.25 mg of finasteride ( I splited a 5mg pill of finasteride into 4 pieces and I took one).

In about 1h after taking the pill I started to feel a pulsating pain in the pelvic area.

The original plan was to take 1 quarter of the pill every other day, becouse I got side effects I stopped taking finasteride.

The pain was very strong in the pelvic area, sometimes I could also feel some pain inside the anus.

After 2 weeks the pain slowly started to go away but not completly.

If I am not sitting I cannot feel almost anything, everything is normal, but when I sit on a chair, the pelvic area it is very sensitive.

FYI I dont have any others side effects, my mood is very good, my dick is working very good, the sperm looks good and enough quantity.

About my body: 30 year male, 1.9m 105kg (I am overweight but I have some muscles I go to gym, maybe around 20kg of extra fat I carry).

I am around NW 2, with some diffused thinning, right now I am using only 5% topical minoxidil + microneedling (1 time per week), until now I have good results, hopefully in about 1 year I will be able to regrow some hair on my temples.

Other suppliements which I take are :
-300 mg of magnesium bisglycinate ( 2 pills in total 1 early 1 before bed)

-15 mg of zinc (1 pill daily)

I am looking for some support what I can do, so my pelvic area is not so sensitive so I dont have this disconfort while I sit.

Thanks in advance for any support & I wish you a head full of hair.

Hi OP, welcome to the forum, and thanks for your great deal of nuance with your question. It is much easier to address somebody's concerns when they give context.
Disregard the retards above. They're all degenerate teenagers with absolutely no future prospects.
I suspect you have a hypertonic pelvic floor. Have you seen a physical therapist? That would be my first step.

this

so many people nowadays are chronically sympathetic activated

the first area of the body to tense up is the pelvic floor + jaw

Don't ask questions expecting proper advice then troll people when they ask genuine questions.
If you want to take then you need to give.
If you don't want/are too inept to give then just take instead of being a retard.
I suspect the latter though given the caliber of your questions in previous threads you've made that I have just looked at. It's implicit you're a dumbass.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback, I did not see yet a physical therapist, I was also looking about this problem and found some exercises like this.

I am not sure if I have to do this type of exercises daily to get rid of the tense muscles, should I do them daily or weekly ?

Thanks in advance

Do them at the intervals suggested.
I'd avoid overworking myself.
Taper up with your frequency as you feel comfortable.
