Sensory overload anytime I leave my apartment

I’m so sick of it, I just walked across the street to the grocery store to get a drink and I felt myself get hot and start to sweat so I had to take my hat and jacket off, I got super lightheaded and I could barely focus on anything, and I felt so off balance I just wanted to stop and lean against something, but this was as I was walking through the parking lot of the grocery store so there wasn’t anywhere for me to do that. But now that I’m back home, I’m totally fine! I think I’m gonna look for some noise cancelling headphones It just sucks so much because I was so sweaty when I got home I had to just take my shirt off and sit in front of a fan to cool myself down. The struggle
