Septoplasty Post Op is Shit

Had surgery to fix my deviated septum they packed my nose full of cotton so I can’t breathe. My nose has been blocked full of blood and mucus buildup and my throat is so fucking sore and dry from the anesthesia tubes and mouth breathing for 5 days not to mention only sleeping like 4 hrs a night. Tomorrow they’re supposed to take the packing out so hopefully only better from here. This being as bad as it is I don’t think I wanna know what post op is like from a more complex operation
