I've read that if your nose structure itself is crooked from the front, then if you get septoplasty there is a high chance of a septoplasty relapsing. An example of this would be O'Pry:
Nose crooked to his LEFT side.
Essentially, if you have a deviated nose AND septum, you will need SEPTORHINOplasty, not just regular septoplasty.
