Septoplasty (+rhinoplasty) -anybody had done this in the US and can tell me over DM how much you paid and best surgeons/ surgeon you went to?...

....i swear to god man im gonna suffocate in a couple of months, i fell tired as shit and im pretty sure i have sleep apnea as well ....i am pretty determined to do this shit this month (or till the end of the year)...anyone that has done it in the US? im gonna do rhinoplasty too but i dont wanna pay 10.000$+ as it seems too much for this kind of surgery

Rhinoplasty is the most common plastic surgery out there. Just google it yourself. Price is going to be around ~$10k so good luck saving up for it.
