Friday I went to kaiser (my health insurance) for an ENT appointment about my deviated septum. The doctor said I can have the septoplasty surgery fully covered, though the rhinoplasty would be out of pocket. Idk if my doctor is retarded but my nose is clearly abstructing my airway, so I told him about it but then proceeded to tell me thats something he can’t get me insured for.
Should I do the septoplasty or is it not worth it knowing how painful the recovery is? Also would getting the septoplasty allow my nose to straighten out over time?
