septoplasty, segmental leforte 1 at 15

considering trying too get septoplasty and segmental leforte 1 at 15, am I able do it with parental consent?
I want the septoplasty because i think it might help with my nostril assymetry and me being able too breathe through my nose better (i am a chronic mouth breather and i've tried non breathable mouthtape for over a year with no results). I also know i have too lose about 50-60 pounds of weight (i'm 5'9 at 180lbs)
looking for actual advice and if i should consider it if its even possible
