should I get it I have a deviated septum can only breath out of one side What are chances it makes my nose look worse

nah just do it. you can ask the doctor to give you a rhino too if you need it fr.

make your nose bridge straighter? i dont speak from personal experience yet, but i think making your bridge straighter/leveling your dorsal hump i assume would beconsidered cosmetic and youd have to pay for it yourself. Septoplasty is free if it fks your breathing but if you mean your nose is literally crooked because of the deviated septum yes septoplastly would help with your appereance. Assuming you have medical insurance (septoplasty free rhino no free)
