I just wanted to point out for the younger members -
The only three careers that matter and are viable / can give you money - status and respect from society are :

Politics
Technology /IT
Finance

Everything else is stupid and waste of time . Medicine , law, arts , science other than IT- software

These three fields control everything else - directly or indirectly .

If I was allowed to choose my career choice and was not pushed into Medicine by my crazy psychotic mom and helicopter parents ( with a cuck father ) - I would have chosen IT or finance .

Just some info for the younger folks who still have their life ahead . ( I am almost 37)

With due respect , you can ignore it . I have seen 15-20 more years of life than most members here . You will be able to understand this only after you get adequate life experience - I just thought I will provide my suggestions . Of course , it’s upto individual to decide what they want to do ! If they love history , go ahead and do PhD in history but then Don’t cry at age 35 saying I have no money status and I don’t get any Pussy or can’t even afford to betabuxx or sugar daddy max !
