A few changes here, a negligible amount of Indians can actually have a Caucasian skull and can be white passing and even in those, maximum are basically descendants of refugees from different countries( mainly Central Asia, Eurasia, an ethnic group of India is also said to be originally from Ukraine, i.e., Rajputs), Indian skulls are soft with mostly a non-existent ramus, no forward grown brow ridge and a more rounder face with less sharpness in the features, an Indian skull is easily distinguishable from a Caucasian skull

Coming to colouring, the only advantage Indians have is that their skin is tan-prone, most Indians have yellow undertones which is unhealthy, in fact the lighter skinned Indians with yellow undertones look extremely unhealthy and non-pleasing to the eyes.
By far the only 'full Indian' I have found which ticks all the boxes to pass as a med is this guy -

1. Caucasian Skull -
2. Tall ramus and tall chin with good forward growth -
3. Top tier colouring (light and tan-prone skin with red undertones, green eyes, dark hair, eyebrows and eyelashes) -
4. Top tier frame(tall frame with great and proportional bideltoid) and body genetics(literally has 8 abs with great spacing, most Indians struggle to reach the 4 abs mark and yet look odd cause of frame) -
5. Narrow, defined and high class individual features, i.e., nose, lips(most Indians have bigger non-defined noses and lips) -
6. Proportionally tall( is 6 feet and doesn't look like a slouching giant that most Indians start looking the moment they hit 5'11", most Indians aren't as tall too) -
