Serious help about Tretinoin and hydrocortisone cream

So I’m starting Tretinoin to fix my fine lines and mild acne, but also plan on using hydrocortisone to reduce the appearance of my nose. I know retinoids shrink pores and so they make the nose appear smaller. My question is, is it safe to use both at the same time? Should I only use Tretinoin on the parts of my face outside my nose and use the hydrocortisone cream just in my nose? Or should I avoid the hydrocortisone cream?

I personally use HC in daytime on my nose tip and tret at night applying all over my face & have no sides. Hope that helps

Yeah it dhould be good, you might get a bit irritated if you have sensitive skine tho
