I'm 16.5 with 18 bone age and ordered enough hgh for a 2 months of 8iu/day.

To get max igf1 levels, I plan on spamming carbs and maybe injecting insulin after pinning.

However, many threads say this is retarded and should pin and night for the hgh peak in deep sleep. However, that wouldn't make sense because no igf1 is being produced due to low insulin levels during sleep. When do I pin? If I carb load would that cause diabetes?

Second question: is starting dose of 6iu at 16.5 years old safe?

Need high IQ users...

Morning or night

I was gonna pin morning and load carbs after but after searching the forum all threads say it's retarded and even @Clavicular says pin at night
No difference clinically even splitting the dose has been found to make zero difference in outcomes and nightly pins are the gold standard, but mechanistically pinning in the morning and still keeping your nightly endogenous secretion would be pretty good

Should I spam carbs 20 min after pinning for receptor sensitivity, as a alternative to directly pinning insulin?

This would maximize igf1 levels as insulin increases conversion rate from hgh to igf1 right? So technically if I pin before sleep load carbs I would get the maximum hgh and igf1 levels?

Wait atleast an hour and eat as to how you’d like after, fast-acting carbs work but not completely sure if you can mimic what novo or lantus can do

Insulin also decreases igfbps so more bioavailable igf-1 that your body can use

Sleep is still important

isnt a lack of igfbp binding the same argument used for igf1 lr3 being useless for height

I remember seeing a guide I think a puberty maxxing guide talking abt igfbp and said igfbp is bad for igf1 because it renders igf1 ineffective after binding but that turned out to be wrong.
 
0 nuance. igfbp3 if i remember is the one responsible for carrying igf1 into the plates, and there are other igfbps that limit its effect or use it for a metabolic purpose or whatever
After doing research, it's the free igf1 that reaches the growth plates due to its small size. Igf1 binded with igfbp (called binary igf1) or even larger, ternary igf1 (binary igf1+als), are both too large to make it to the growth plates.

However, free igf1 has a half life of ~10 minutes and makes up less than 1 percent of total igf1.

they arent too large to make it to the growth plate. they both get there, are cleaved by enzymes to release it. thats how endocrine igf1 works afaik

Im thinking about pinning igf1 des around clavicle growth plates to test for any growth

wnt naturally is downregulated in puberty because estrogen upregulates cxxc5 which then binds to dvl to lower canonical wnt signalling. that ppi is what ky19382 prevents, which is why its probably amazing. afaik wnt is generally a modulator, where high wnt expression in all the chondrocytes would speed up how quickly they mature and hypertrophy.

considering 18 year bone age, i really doubt theres gonna be a huge benefit from focusing on proliferative chondrocytes, especially when genomic signalling has already doomed any new chondrocytes to mature quickly. may as well upregulate wnt a shit ton to make sure you get the most out of whats left. on cancer, i doubt it would be much worse than gh itself.

Pin the GH at night. Make sure you haven’t eaten for 2+ hours when you pin

Pin the insulin post workout with 150+g of carbs
