How has it been for you?

And people who ascended even with carbs do you think carnivore/diet is cope?

My take- I agree we don’t NEED carbs, and that most carbs are bad for you like goyslop and junk, but fruits and veggies are okay and occasional junk is not the end of the world. I have seen gains- both in physique and skin- while eating carbs and occasional junk.

I have also tried eating as clean as possible and seeing nothing. Granted it wasn’t perfect bc I live with my parents but it was the cleanest i’ve eaten ever.

I am pure carbless for health. Incel so not much of a looksmaxxer
I now exclusively eat raw meat, eggs, fish, shellfish. I have been eating raw meat for 9 years but was not always carbless, but definitely low carb during that time.
I enjoy eating this way and I am significantly healthier than before and I don't age anywhere near as fast. I had multiple gray hairs in high school, but I've reverted a few and never gained anymore since then at age 26.

Mirin I tried 1/4 a gallon of Raw Milk as my pre workout carbs today, great pump tbh. Unfortunately I have to drive 30 min in the U.S to a farm that sells it.

I did it for a bit and it was the fastest I ever lost weight in a short period of time. I was weak and had nonstop cravings tho, but in the end I finally unlocked my jawline
