they corrected your downward growth and long face. that alone is a problem in itself. and reducing philtrum length is risky as lip lifts or fillers have a good chance of looking uncanny

are you sure? the reason I'm not sure about only philtrum reduction because the morph I used to reduce my philtrum was a jaw morph i moved my jaw up to fix it.

so... what surgeries should I get? my plan is bimax and fillers around my whole face and orbital rim Implants

really difficult since your main problem is your philtrum and it's hard to intervene on that without looking uncanny, generally modifying your middle third is always kind of impossible tbf
