Yes, I don't see why more people don't realize this and do something about it. It's gotta be all or nothing. You can't just dabble in it. If you're gonna kick social media then you must give up everything cold turkey and never look back. Can't just quit facebook and stay using IG, or vice versa. You definitely can't use myspace no more. Luckily for me I never used it any. I've had to give up other things though.
