He's super expensive I heard. Yea SFScels ascend the hardest with this type of bimax because we already have the facial width. Just needing that little extra forward and downward growth so we don't look stunted. you have recessed chin then?

He is very expensive. Both jaws are recessed. Palate is narrow. Smile is shaped weird. Chin is a teeny bit recessed so he may do a small genio, but will see how it looks after he moves and rotates both my jaws

No I believe its just a diagonal angle forward and down. Rotation isnt needed because the jaws already align correctly.
