What you really need is that lower part of your maxilliary complex to move forward. If you get infraorbital implants, it may make the infras appear better but your midface will still look flat.

From what I'm seeing, either go with the midface implant or get infraorbital implant + lefort 1.

Midface implants Age very poorly primarily because the implants remain static while the surrounding bone, fat, and skin continue to change and idea implants alone is fine
