Serious Question Guys, testosterone blood test

I am having a full testosterone panel blood test done, does anyone actually know the best time of day it is to go in to have it done. I have read testosterone fluctuates throughout the day with it peaking in the morning, I want an accurate representation of what my test is, so should I get it done like a little past the morning?

Yes, in the morning make you to wake up early (around 5 am) eat bull testicles for maximum testosterone production, after that take a cold shower then get a haircut, watch ATLEAST 10 minutes of alpha m on YouTube, and make sure to cold approach a minimum of 5 roasties, and only then you can get your testosterone checked. ( 4 years of nofap is recommended)

Seriously, so it says go early in the morning, fasted.

But I like to go a bit later, when you are fully wake and feeling your best (that should be when test peaks). Like 10-11 for me.

bc. Mood affect test, if you get beaten up before the test you will have lower levels.

I feel like shit waking up and cortisol is rushing, if you want a high mark you should feel great when you take it.
